“I was always dead nervous when I was on Loose Women. I barely spoke because I was nervous about what I’d say. It’s nice that we have a bit more leeway on the jungle spin-off. I can say a lot more. Stacey has said she won’t swear…so I’m getting her ‘knob’ allowance!”

Vicky has become one of telly’s hottest stars since she was crowned champion.

Over the years the reality hit has made household names of camp-mates including Mark Wright, Myleene Klass and Katie Price. Former Geordie Shore babe Vicky said: “The reason the jungle boosts careers is because when you watch the show you get to see what people are really made of.

“Doing the jungle changed my life immensely. It’s not even been a year since I won. I look at people like Joe and Stacey whose careers have gone from strength to strength and I’m really proud of them.” Vicky was such a hit she was bombarded with telly work and was on the brink of a breakdown.

She said: “I took on too much. In the end it can be to the detriment of your health. I realised I needed to take a break. I took my foot off the gas and found a balance because I was going to burn out.”
