- ■ by FELICITY CROSS

SHOW host Caroline Flack has already moved on from former fiancé Andrew Brady with a member of the TV crew.

She has been out on dates with the

ITV2 worker in Majorca, where the programme is filmed.

She announced her split from Celebrity Big Brother and Apprentice star Andrew 12 days ago, reportedly over fears he had cheated.

A source in the Love Island camp told us: “Everyone’s very protective of Caroline so this is being kept very quiet.

“She has decided to keep her private life private from here on in. But there’s been a couple of dates with someone when she’s been over here.”

In a statement on the split, Caroline,

38, said: “I’m sad to announce that Andrew and I have decided to part ways. Unfortunately it was not to be. I wish him all the best.

“At least there’s a villa waiting for me. It’s back to the ol’ grafting.” Our source added: “Everyone is rooting for Caroline – I don’t think there’s a nicer woman in showbiz.

“No-one deserves to find a nice guy more than her.

“Maybe the Love Island villa is the answer, or at least one of its crew.”

Caroline met Andrew, 27, in February after they swapped messages on Instagram as he left the CBB house. Days after the split was announced, it was revealed Andrew had met producers for Celebs Go Dating.

He said: “When someone has no money and nothing to lose, they do crazy, irrational things. I am ashamed.”

Caroline has been praised for her professionalism since the split.

She was back on TV screens just days after the fall-out on Love Island Aftersun and viewers rushed to support her.

Niamh Freeburn wrote online: “Say what you want about Caroline Flack, but she’s so professional at what she does considering she’s just announced her split with her fiancé.

“Can’t think of anything worse than being around so many loved-up couples – when I’m going through a break-up I don’t leave my bed.”

Taylor Donohoe wrote: “Caroline deserves so much respect for putting on a brave face and being a professional at a time like this for her, a real woman.”
