Simpson looked like the cat that got the cream while promoting her contact lens range ispyEyes.

The former Geordie Shore babe is concentrating on business ventures after quitting the MTV show. She has Casey Johnson and the loved-up couple are also preparing to introduce their own fashion range.

Marnie confirmed: “It will be out in time for Christmas.”

CHERYL Tweedy is finally packing her bags and moving out of Liam Payne’s £5million Surrey mansion.

The pop babe has been househunting in High Barnet, north London, just round the corner from her former Girls Aloud bandmate Kimberley Walsh.

Until now Cheryl, pictured yesterday at X Factor exec Nigel Hall’s wedding, has continued living with their son Bear in Liam’s house. The couple announced their split nearly three months ago.

But I can reveal the Fight For This Love singer has decided it is finally time to move out.

She will start the next chapter of her life in north London, not far from where she lived with her previous two husbands Ashley Cole and JeanBernard Fernandez-Versini. One of the properties Cheryl is considering is a £3.75m four-bedroom mansion in Monken Hadley.

The house boasts four reception rooms, four bathrooms, a landscaped garden, swimming pool and tennis court. Planning permission has also been granted for basement, groundfloor and first-floor extensions, if she wants them.

Other possible additions include a summer/leisure building to the side of the house and a tennis court pavilion next to the office in the garden.

My source said: “Liam originally moved out of his Surrey mansion and into his bachelor pad in London so as to not upset Bear’s routine. But that solution was only temporary.

“Cheryl is ready to move on and start a new life with Bear in north London as soon as she finds the right house.”
