Dogs can sniff out des res for owners

HOUSE hunters can let their dogs take the lead when it comes to finding a new home.

Pet owners will be able to take their pooches to see properties on “Doggy Viewing Days” in a trial set up by sitting service rover.com and the online estate agent Emoov.

It comes as research reveals 82% of people would reject a house if it wasn’t suitable for their dog.

A further 40% would take their pet on a house viewing if it was available.
