Mr Blue Sky was once again shining down on Jeff Lynne’s ELO at their sellout First Direct Arena gig in Leeds last week.

For 90 electrifying minutes the band belted out a full repertoire of all their hits. ELO’s unique rock-opera style was lapped up by the thousands of loyal fans who have supported them since the 1970s.

But a younger crowd proved Jeff isn’t just for the blue-rinse brigade. The band now head to Liverpool, London, Dublin and Belfast. SCOTTY T’s

Geordie Shore castmates reckon he’s only back on the show because he’s skint. Earlier this year the former CBB winner told me he’d snubbed the chance to return because the new cast were “divs”.

NEWLY single Nathan Henry has ★

joined sex-app Grindr after being dumped by his long-term boyfriend Craig Richards.

Admitting he hasn’t snogged anyone for nearly two months, Nathan told me: “I've joined Tinder and Grindr and I’m on the hunt.

“Craig and I were together for nearly four years, so I’m out of practice at flirting with guys.

“We broke up nearly two months ago and I’ve still not even kissed anyone.”

The heartbroken Geordie Shore star added: “I wanted to get married and have kids with him but he broke up with me. He was on Tinder straight away and started dating someone else a few weeks later.”
