Stepmum is Gaga’s latest role

LADY Gaga is preparing for her latest role – as a real-life stepmum to two teenage girls.

Friends say she hopes to tie the knot with fiancé Christian Carino, 49, early in the new year.

And Gaga, 32, has already become close to the talent manager’s daughters from his previous marriage.

One pal said: “She has stepped into a ready-made family and couldn’t be happier.”

She told how Gaga, who is being tipped for both Oscars and Grammys glory for her big screen remake of the musical A Star Is Born, “immediately bonded” with Bella, 18, and Lola, 17.

“Since being introduced by their dad she has taken them on several shopping trips,” said the friend.

“She also organised a sleepover on Halloween when they all sat up until the early hours watching horror films.”

Another friend of the Poker Face singer, whose real name is Stefani Germanotta, told us: “The girls are totally blown away by the prospect of Lady Gaga being their stepmom.

“She clearly wants them to be as much a part of her life as they are of their father’s.”
