Window tot dead

A TWO-year-old boy thought to have fallen out of an upstairs window a week ago has died in hospital.

The youngster was found on a pavement with a head injury outside a house in Tuebrook, Liverpool.

An ambulance was called and he was taken to hospital where his condition was described by police as critical.

His family made the decision to switch off his life support on Friday.

It is believed the lad was playing upstairs with other children before the fall.

Earlier this week, Merseyside Police appealed for a woman who came to his aid in the street to come forward as they tried to establish the circumstances of the incident.
