Pain in the Nick

NICK Knowles was hiding a nasty injury in the Jungle.

The DIY SOS host was in pain after compressing two vertebrae in his neck and ripping a couple of tendons in his shoulder just days before entering.

Nick said he didn’t want viewers to know he was suffering.

But speaking on Extra Camp, he revealed: “I can be honest and tell the truth about this now.

“Seven days before I came in here I actually did a lot of damage to my neck and shoulder.”
