Wizzard’s Roy will make it a cracker

GET ready for a festive singalong as Jane McDonald is determined to get the nation in the mood for the big day.

And she’s got the perfect guest in the shape of Roy Wood.

The Wizzard frontman pops in to belt out his massive hit I Wish It Could Be Christmas Everyday.

Jane is also joined by Spandau Ballet’s Tony Hadley and Pop Idol’s Zoe Birkett.

An insider said: “Producers were thrilled when Roy agreed to come on. For many people he personifies Christmas!

“Jane is arguably Channel 5’s biggest star, so this should be a ratings hit.”

The festive fun will be on Channel 5 later this month.
