Norris is back and he’s grabbin’ Kabin

CORONATION Street favourite Rita Tanner is set to lose her beloved shop when her friend Norris Cole sells it behind her back. Rita, played by Barbara Knox, 85, bellows: “Get outta my Kabin!” to the new owners after she learns the shocking truth.

Last month it was confirmed that Malcolm Hebden, 78, would be returning as nosey Norris after recovering from a heart attack.

An insider on Corrie said: “Rita is the Kabin. She’s stood behind that counter serving the residents of Weatherfield for decades. “Even when Norris bought it off her she remained working there.

“So for him to sell it behind her back leaves her fuming.”
