Those seeking bigger boobs are using fatty tissue from their belly, bum or thighs to boost cup sizes, according to surgeon Mr Gary Ross.

The 2013 PIP crisis, which saw thousands have implants removed over safety fears, has made women look at alterative options to silicone.
