Paris deal is delayed

MAJOR talks on climate change spilled over into an extra day as ministers failed to reach an agreement.

The UN summit in Poland saw politicians debating how to implement the Paris Agreement,whichpromised to limit global warming.

EC climate commissioner Miguel Arias Canete tweeted: “UN climate talks go into overtime,” adding a deal was “within reach”.
