BATCHELOR FAB

Casey’s back to her best after 4st weight loss

- EXCLUSIVE by ED GLEAVE TV Editor

NEW mum Casey Batchelor is sharing the secrets of her amazing weight loss.

The model hit 12 stone after giving birth to her daughter Florence last year. But she has dropped to eight stone and slipped five dress sizes thanks to a mix of yoga and high intensity exercise.

Casey, 34, said: “When I was 12 stone I felt really unfit. But now I feel fit and that makes you feel sexy. I feel like I’ve got my confidence back. I’ve got my mojo back and I feel great again. “When I was bigger I was quite shy. I didn’t even like to get undressed in front of my other half. But now I feel sexy again and I don’t mind strutting around in my underwear.

“It’s difficult when you have a baby because you can’t really get to the gym or go for a run.

“There is a lot of pressure to get your body back. But it’s important to spend time with your baby. You shouldn’t feel pressure – everyone should do it in their own time.” Former CBB star Casey has charted her success on social media and wowed fans with her results. She added: “I showed people what a body really looks like after you’ve given birth, and then I showed my progression.

“I’ve had such great support and people want to know how I’ve done it.”

She says the weight loss also means she is finally in control of her boobs.

The model’s chest has gone from a size H to a more manageable DD.

Casey said: “My boobs have gone down and I’m so happy. When I was pregnant they were so big. But losing four stone means they’re now DD. I haven’t been that size since I was growing up.

“For some people, DD is quite big. But for me it feels small. I’m so pleased that I’ve finally got smaller boobs again. It means I can get nice underwear now. When you’ve got big boobs you can’t find nice underwear. Now I can wear lacy sets.

“It’s also good for my back. When I’m lifting up my baby daughter all the time, the last thing I need is heavy boobs too!”

After training as a yoga instructor, Casey has now launched her own fitness app.

Subscribers can get tips on yoga, nutrition, meditation and body confidence.

Casey said: “With an exercise DVD you watch the same workout over and over. But because I’ve done this online I can constantly update the content. And because you can get it on your phone you can access it wherever you are. “The yoga exercises are brilliant because they make you feel great about yourself. Yoga isn’t just for physical results, it can really help your mental health too.”

Casey Batchelor’s Yoga Blitz – 90 Day Challenge App is available to download at £14.99 for three months.
