RICHARD Hammond has revealed he is still a daredevil, despite cheating death when he crashed at 288mph while filming a special feature for Top Gear in 2006.

The presenter, 49, insists he does not worry about what could go wrong while working on Amazon’s The Grand Tour alongside James May and Jeremy Clarkson.

He said: “Health and safety hate us. Insurers don’t like us. The documents are thick but I don’t read them.”

Richard and his co-stars had a string of smashes during filming for their latest series. He added: “It’s been the usual mix of new cars going too quickly around corners and old cars crashing into each other.” BOOZERS will be able to buy stamps with their pints when a post office opens at the Bell Inn pub in Lower Broadheath, Worcs.
