Alan ‘can’t relax while squatting’
FUNNYMAN Alan Carr has revealed how he’s been forced to put up a privacy screen in his garden to stop people filming him while he exercises.
The 43-year-old Chatty Man host said he even got pal Melanie Sykes to help him rig up the windbreaker netting in his garden.
Speaking on their Radio 2 show, he thanked her for helping him to tie up the netting.
He said: “Mel, can I thank you for coming round earlier.
“I do fitness in my back garden and I noticed some children in the school at the end of my garden have been secretly filming me and taking photos of me sweating and doing my lunging and my squatting.
“So I bought myself a windbreaker and Mel came round to help fit it on the fence so they can’t take pictures.”
Mel, 49, said: “I can’t believe you’ve had to go to all that trouble.”
Alan replied: “I know – I can’t relax when I’m squatting and lunging.”
