Eur not buying electric down Cayenne FACTFILE
EURO Car Parts has quizzed 2,000 drivers on whether they would consider buying an EV as their next car.
Only 2% said they would, with 66% citing worries about the charging network but only 47% about range.
The Government wants to ban the sale of petrol and diesel cars by 2035 and there’s been talk of bringing that forward to 2032.
But if they don’t create a proper charging network, many of us will just keep driving round in our old fossil-fuel-powered motors.
