LINCOLN were knocked off the top of League One by Hull on goal difference after missing two penalties in a 1-0 home defeat to Doncaster.
The Imps were undone by Taylor Richards’ 15th-minute strike.

Peterborough missed the chance to close the gap on the top two after losing 2-0 at
Shrewsbury with Harry Chapman scoring in the 51st and 86th minutes.
Sunderland moved into the play-off spots despite conceding a last-minute equaliser at home to Gillingham.
Aiden McGeady fired the Black Cats ahead, Alex MacDonald levelled, but Grant Leadbitter made it 2-1 in the 43rd minute nodding in the rebound after his penalty was saved by Jack Bonham. The Gills, though, struck late through Jordan Graham.

Plymouth a 2-2 draw with Accrington. Luke Jephcott equalised Joe Pritchard’s opener for Stanley, who struck again through Dion Charles before Ennis levelled.
Aaron Drinan cancelled out Charlie Kirk’s opener as Ipswich drew 1-1 at
Crewe. Teddy Bishop was sent off for the visitors.
Oxford claimed a seventh consecutive league win, by beating
Fleetwood 1-0. Charlie Mulgrew was sent off for the Cod Army in the sixth minute and Josh Ruffels (above) scored.
