‘HOPE BABY DIES’ OUTRAGE

TROLLS are targeting Jake Quickenden over his baby.

The I’m A Celebrity hunk, who welcomed little Leo with partner Sophie Church on Friday, has been shocked by some of the messages he’s had. Jake, 32, said: “I’ve had nasty tweets from people saying things like, ‘I hope the baby dies.’ I get stupid s**t like that. If people start trolling Sophie or the baby a lot, that is something I will have to get my head around.

“Unfortunately that’s the world we live in. You can get 100,000 lovely messages, but you’ll remember one nasty one.

“You think, ‘Why would they say that?.’ I understand if people don’t give a s**t about my life. But they don’t have to comment on it.”

Jake has been a target for trolls since finding fame on The X Factor in 2012.

He added: “We have to remember that trolling does bother a lot of people. I’m one of the stronger ones and I’ve learned to deal with it.”

Jake will be starring in new series Celebrity Bumps: Famous & Pregnant, which starts on Wednesday at 8pm on MTV.
