Big screen reunion for Ju ’n’ Cloo

-

JULIA Roberts and George Clooney will reunite for the romcom Ticket To Paradise, it has been announced.

The Hollywood stars, who appeared together in the Oceans heist movies, will play a divorced couple who jet to Bali to stop their daughter getting married.

British filmmaker Ol Parker, known for his work on 2018 musical sequel Mamma Mia! Here We Go Again, will be the director.

Ticket To Paradise will begin filming later this year, reports say.

Clooney, 59, most recently starred in the Netflix film The Midnight Sky in December, while Roberts, 53, was in Amazon TV series Homecoming.

FOR weeks Marcella has been the biggest threat to Northern Ireland’s stability. Now there’s Goliath, a returning psychopath on Bloodlands.

Goliath’s big mistake was murdering the wife of James Nesbitt’s world-weary DCI Tom Brannick.

Nesbitt’s granite face looks as lived-in as Columbo’s mac.

He’s a good man in a bad place with a superior officer who might as well be called Dodgy Bastard.

He’s also worryingly naive, telling a stranger his daughter’s name and uni course details.

Goliath buried victims’ bodies “between a bothy and a tree” on a small island near Belfast. (You can see it coming up the Lagan on a bubble.)

Only a congenital idiot would dig graves in broad daylight. And a cop would never get to investigate his wife’s killer.

PS: A kidnapped IRA scumbag had “blurred vision”.

Was it caused by too much Viagra, as suggested, or the show’s shaky camerawork?
