THESE stunning stallions weren’t horsing around when they squared up to see who was the boss.
Dramatic photos show the magnificent 1,000lb Camargue horses facing off on their hind legs, with neither willing to back down.
In a second image, one of the white horses bucks his back legs, kicking his rival square in the face.
Photographer Greg Harvey, 50, from Edmonton, Canada, captured the incredible images in the Camargue region of southern France.
He said: “Horses, just like most other animals, determine a pecking order so the strongest males mate with the females.
“These two horses were deciding who would be top dog and took it in turns to chase each other, whipping their heads furiously.”
In a calmer moment, several horses grouped together in a sunny glade to relax.
Looks like there was neigh harm done then...
