The Blind Bull (Joint winner)

The Blind Bull in Little Hucklow, Derbys, was a regular entry in CAMRA’s Good Beer Guide until the 1980s, but it fell upon hard times and closed in 2005.

A revamp began in 2018 to designs by Studio Gedye of Hathersage for owner Catriona Grant. The work was by local craftsman and was planned to be as eco-friendly as possible.

Its awards aim to highlight design, architecture and conservation in pubs across the country.
