PLAYERS ARE IN GOOD COMPANY

-

THE Pokémon Company broadcast its latest Pokémon Presents show earlier this week and there was plenty of news to share.

Don’t worry if you missed it, though – we’ve rounded up the most important nuggets for you…

New sensation Pokémon Unite (currently available on Nintendo Switch) comes to mobile devices on September 22.

On Friday, Pokémon Go began adding its first Pokémon from the Galar region, which formed the basis of the last big release Sword & Shield.

A fresh look at the Pokémon Brilliant Diamond and Shining Pearl remasters was shared, along with the confirmation of a November 19 release date.

Fans also got a more in-depth look at the series’ next entry, Pokémon Legends: Arceus.

Though the feudal Japan setting is rather striking, it’s the open-world nature that looks most appealing to fans, with a certain Zelda: Breath Of The Wild quality to the footage in the trailer.

But we’ll have to wait, with the game not due for release until January 28, 2022.

Suffice to say that if you’re a Pokémon player, there are plenty of cool games on the way and more than enough to keep fans

happy.
