Rochelle Humes on renewing her vows with hubby Marvin and her health and beauty tips
Rochelle Humes certainly has her hands full at home with children Alaia-Mai, eight, Valentina, four, and Blake, 10 months, who she shares with husband Marvin Humes. And she isn’t shy of a hectic workload either. Along with her presenting duties on

And if that wasn’t enough excitement, Rochelle, 32, and Marvin, 36, celebrated their nine-year wedding anniversary last month – and the former Saturdays singer reveals they are getting ready to say“I do”all over again next year, telling us,“You only live once.”
Here, Rochelle opens up about walking down the aisle for the second time, her beauty bag must-haves and making time for herself…
Hi, Rochelle! How’s life as a mum of three?
Blake has just come along and slotted right in. He’s definitely the most chill – he’s not fussy at all. He’s got some new teeth, which has been keeping me up at night. But he’s actually been quite good with it, to be honest.
You and Marvin are set to celebrate your 10-year wedding anniversary next year. Do you have plans to renew your vows?
Yes – we’re going to do it all again. We said, “Let’s just go for it.”We’re going to put some ideas down and do something nice with it. We haven’t planned anything properly yet. But why not?You only live once.
You’re looking great. Do you follow a diet?
No. In the week, I try to be good and eat as many greens as possible. I’ll treat myself, of course – I’m not strict. At the weekends, I just eat what I want.
You’re currently taking JSHealth supplements…

I much prefer it to normal conditioner. I always put a highlighter in my bag because if you’re hot and sweaty on a night out, you can put on a bit of highlighter and it looks like it’s intentional!
Are there any beauty disasters from your past you’d rather forget?
‘I don’t want my daughters to ever be hung up on body image’
I definitely went through a stage of overtweezing my eyebrows, which in turn meant over-drawing them on. It looked like I’d been attacked by a Sharpie marker, so that wasn’t ideal. Now I like them to look bushier.
When do you feel at your most confident?
I always feel better in the sunshine. When the sun is out, it just makes you feel great. And your skin looks better for it. We’re not going away this year because we don’t fancy quarantining with three kids in a hotel, so summer will be spent at home.
What message do you want to pass on to your daughters when it comes to body confidence?
It’s great to be healthy but I don’t want them ever to be hung up on body image. Feel healthy for you and because it’s good for your insides but don’t be worried about people on Instagram who appear perfect. Feeling good about yourself is a mental thing. It’s not all about appearance.
