The wedding buzz begins for Gabby, but not for Nicky who tells Caleb he wants out of the plan. Gabby gets ready and, in her wedding dress, she reveals to Nicky how she wants him to officially adopt Thomas. But it’s all too much for Nicky who blurts that he is gay.
Gabby is devastated, whereas when Caleb finds out, he punches Nicky in the face. Caleb tries to put his plan into action but finds Kim’s bank accounts are empty.
Meanwhile, Chloe and Reuben attend Sarah’s 18th birthday party. Mack promises Charity there’s no romance between him and Chloe, however, she’s furious when she spots them kissing.
Plus, Paddy’s unaware Bear is falling for Mandy. Bear misreads a conversation and believes Paddy’s given him the go-ahead to pursue her. Bear invites Mandy out for lunch and later, he leans in for a kiss. Mandy opens up about her feelings for Paddy and Bear encourages her to tell him how she feels.
After being exposed by her own son, Sarah’s forced to tell Adam about her affair. Harry catches Damon and Sarah together at the flat and sees them kissing.
To ease her guilt, Sarah books a day off for her and Adam to spend some family time, but as they play a game with Harry, the youngster becomes upset. Sarah admits to her son that she did kiss Damon, but they should keep it a secret. However, Harry goes straight to Adam and declares Sarah’s a liar leaving her with only one option, to confess that she slept with Damon.
Linda struggles with the Knights at The Vic, especially with George and Elaine being all loved-up. Later, Linda overhears George talking about the bar in Marbella and realises he hasn’t sold it yet.
George has no money to support The Vic accounts, so Linda orders him out. But just as she does, George proposes to Elaine. Elaine’s feeling conflicted as Linda begs her to end the relationship. George and Elaine have a heart-to-heart about their future, will they decide to go forward together?
Across the square, Suki and Eve Also, Max struggles with the thought of returning home and barricades himself into his cell. Later he goes back to the cobbles and is fitted with a tag. Attempting to make amends, Max writes Alya an apologetic letter but it doesn’t go down well. And it seems Max hasn’t changed his ways as he tracks down Gav’s girlfriend for his old friend. Elsewhere, as they leave for court, Daniel notices an awkward exchange between Daisy and Ryan. Later, the jury decides on a verdict, but what will it be? plot their escape from Walford. They scheme to get all the details of Nish’s dodgy deal and report him to the police. Suki is concerned about leaving her life and Vinny behind to start a new future with Eve. As Nish heads off, Suki puts her plan in motion, calling the police to report him and packing her case. But as she’s about to leave, Nish returns.
Elsewhere, Keanu’s stunned when Sharon reveals she’s bought The Arches for him. Keanu admits he’s finding it difficult that Sharon is supporting him, and the pair continue to clash.
With her condition worsening, Juliet has a bucket list she wants her loved ones to get involved in, but the pain means she is forced to use a wheelchair. Later, Peri and Juliet share a tender moment, where Peri reads what would have been her vows. When Peri’s favourite song comes on, she says that would have been their first dance and determined Juliet gets up to dance with her.
Meanwhile, Sam is devastated by the decision Zoe made and is hopeful that he can change her mind. But Sam’s emotions get the better of him when Ethan reveals that he knew what Zoe was planning all along. Also, Warren hopes to make Sharon realise that there’s more to him than just his bad boy reputation.
Tane is thrilled when his cousin Kahu surprises him and immediately invites him to stay, but Felicity is less than keen. Kahu puts himself forward for a permanent job with Tane. And he’s grateful for the help until he realises his cousin has no qualifications. Nevertheless, Kahu still bags himself a role.
Elsewhere, Justin’s fate is decided by a judge and he prepares for the worst. Justin says his goodbyes but is stunned when he’s sentenced to community service and counselling.
The members of Lyrik are excited to revive the band and book as many gigs as possible, as well as work on releasing new material. The band are all keen to release Eden’s new song, but are shocked when she refuses and storms out of the meeting.
