by PETER DYKE SEXY stars from the small screen dazzled in a night of frocks and shocks at the TV Bafta awards.

A host of famous faces shone on the red, white and blue carpet at the Royal Festival Hall on the River Thames in London.

Essex babe Amy Childs, 21, went “posh” for the evening with a turquoise Victoria Beckham outfit.

The redhead said: “I went for the classylook­andeventon­eddownthe fake tan. I wish Victoria Beckham wouldloanm­edressesev­erydaybut I ain’t got her number!”

Othersdazz­linginthes­unincluded Coronation Street beauty Michelle Keegan, 25, and Kelly Brook, 32, in a short Jacques Azagury dress.

The One Show host Alex Jones, 35, wore a sunny yellow Ariella dress and said: “I thought the sun is out so why not wear something bright?”

The event, hosted by comic Dara O’briain, 40, served up some shocks.

Firstly TV A-listers including Simon Cowell, 52, Jonathan Ross, 51, Ant and Dec, both 36, and Sir Bruce Forsyth, 83, were no shows.
