Star Pete gushes over his beautiful soulmate

SINGER Peter Andre yesterday celebrated his wedding with a backhanded swipe at his former wife Kate Price.

The singer boasted that his new “classy” bride Emily MacDonagh was the “most beautiful bride I’ve ever seen”, 10 years after marrying glamour girl Kate, 37.

Peter, 42, told OK! magazine: “Seeing Emily for the first time in her dress was incredible, she took my breath away.

“She’s the most beautiful bride I’ve ever seen. I couldn’t help but well up! Emily’s got this classiness, I think Emily is so beautiful.

“To see her walk down the aisle three years since we began dating is amazing.”

Kate and Peter got together after falling in love in the I’m A Celebrity jungle. The former Page 3 model chose a huge pink Disney princess gown for the ceremony in 2005, complete with a pink and white diamond tiara.

Emily’s choice could not have been more different, as she glided down the aisle in a simple Italian silk and lace dress.

Kate is yet to retaliate against Peter’s sly dig, but did take to her Twitter to share a promotional shot for her TV work.

Peter and Emily, 25, began dating three years ago and had a little girl, Amelia, in January this year.

The Iceland advert man’s two children Princess, eight, and Junior, 10, from his marriage to Kate joined him at the altar as flower girl and page boy.

Peter continued: “I’m so happy to be able to officially call Emily my wife. I feel like the luckiest man in the world as I have married the most beautiful girl in the world, who is also my best friend.

“I have my soulmate for life by my side.”
