Jade’s got it figured

A STUDENT who almost died of anorexia has earned a degree – a year after weighing just 5st.

Jade McKenna developed the disorder after giving up chocolate for Lent. But the 21-yearold, from Coventry, recovered and has just graduated from Staffordshire University. “I wonder how I managed to finish my second year of uni,” she said. “My bones were so brittle and visible through my clothes.”
