TV Pete so hard to beat!

JUDGE TIPS SINGER FOR DANCE CROWN

STRICTLY judge Craig Revel Horwood says this year’s celebs will struggle to beat Peter Andre to the trophy.

He is convinced the pop hunk’s fan base will ensure he waltzes to victory – even if other contestants are better dancers.

Craig, 50, said: “I’ve only seen them dance the opening, and some people can and some people can’t.

“But I think Peter Andre has a very good chance of getting to the final. People love him, he’s extremely popular.”

Pete, 42, was bookies’ favourite to win before it was even confirmed he was taking part.

Craig is also backing Olympic hunk Iwan Thomas, 41, to do well because he reckons the former athlete won’t be sensitive if the judges slate his routines.

He said: “All athletes are great at not getting emotional about being criticised.

“They take the criticism and twist and turn it and use it to win the day.

“That’s what the actors in the line-up need to think about as they get highly emotional.”

Last weekend saw the opening Strictly show as the celebs were paired off with professional dancers before the live shows later this month.

The episode beat ITV rival The X Factor in the ratings despite some fans claiming the latest Strictly line-up is not up to scratch.
