KIERON Dyer added a new phobia to a list of fears – ostriches.

The footballer has already admitted he hates spiders and snakes but after tackling the latest BushTucker Trial called Scarier 51, he came face to face with the giant bird.

He said: “That ostrich terrified me the most.” THE crew were sent into overdrive after deadly funnel web spiders overran the camp.

The highly venomous spiders came in their hordes after a horror storm forced producers to evacuate the site. JUNGLE babes Vicky and Ferne shared a kiss in camp.

The Geordie Shore star admitted she was worried she wouldn’t get along with the Towie lass but she was thrilled that they hit it off.

Vicky said: “We’re friends for life.”

And Ferne added: “You are my number one.”

The pair then kissed and hugged.

TRAUMATISED I’m A Celebrity star Brian Friedman says “bullying” Lady Colin Campbell’s acid rants in the Jungle felt like “life or death”.

And the choreographer admitted the toff ’s vile name-calling brought back painful memories of the cruel bullying he suffered as a child.

The ousted camp-mate, 38, clashed with Lady C, with the posh pensioner firing hateful insults and others chipping in.

Brian told the Daily Star: “After this I think we will all be embarrassed about the things we argued about, but in that moment it was life and death.

“You had to fight your opinion to survive and stand your ground and I am someone who likes to stand their ground if I believe in something.

“And when you are Lady C’s target you have got to watch out because she is very sharp. She is well educated and she knows how to cut her words. I got on the wrong side and I suffered the consequences.”

Brian’s low point came after Tony Hadley, 55, and Jorgie Porter, 27, refused to serve Lady C dinner as part of a trial.

Lady C went into meltdown at the snub and Brian waded into the row, telling her she was being rude.

She ranted: “Be careful who you take on dear baby boy, some people actually have sharper tongues than you, you selfimportant little runt.” The episode served as a flashback for Brian, who yesterday revealed the trauma reminded him of his youth.

And it had echoes of when Simon Cowell sacked him from the X Factor judges’ panel after just one week to reinstate Louis Walsh in 2007.

He said: “When I was a kid in school I got bullied a lot – I haven’t really had that happen in my adult life.

“When Lady C was calling me that immediately came back to me because I felt helpless.”

The dancer is now focussing on new projects and has his eye on a concept GEORGE Shelley became camp leader as big-money bets saw him surge to second favourite to win.

The Union J lad, 22, has struggled to step into the spotlight but viewers last night voted him the new boss. And he called on trouble-making Lady Campbell’s wisdom to help him reign as his deputy.

It came as a flush punter placed a £10,000 bet on George to be crowned King of the Jungle. He is now just 2-1 behind Vicky Pattison to win the show. Meanwhile, Lady C has been given her own chair in the Jungle. I’m A Celeb show bosses claimed it was for medical reasons.

But it caused a row as some of the other celebrities have been trying to sit on it when she is not around. with Ferne, having loved their cooking antics.

He added: “Ferne and I were joking in the Jungle that the bag would drop from the sky and it’s like a wallaby’s ass and you have to make it work.

“So we think we’re going to go to people’s homes, surprise them, hijack their kitchen – that would be fun.”
