FELLAS in need of some fitspiration should look no further than sizzling superbod David Gandy.

The muscle-clad model will be raising temperatures as he flaunts his buff build to promote the new range of sports loungewear from M&S.

Kicking off 2016 with a luxurious new collection, the super-hot boy from Billericay, Essex, continues the success of his David Gandy Autograph underwear with a series of sweat pants and tops.

It’s the 35-year-old’s third collection for Marks & Spencer and from these new pictures it is easy to see why the star scooped a spot in the Top 10 on the GQ magazine’s Best Dressed Men List a few days ago.

And as he celebrates 15 years in the business, he is still one of the most sought-after male supermodels in the world.

Of his gym regime, he reveals: “Normally, I train three to four times a week, and my training changes so that I’m always shocking the body and the muscles.

“It always consists of weights and super sets, and sometimes circuits.

“I’ll go from two weeks of heavier weights and lower reps, to weeks of medium weights and super sets.

“Then when I’m travelling and away for work I do a lot of body weight exercise.

“There’s never been any pressure on me. The only pressure I have, I put on myself. I trained and played a lot of sport before modelling and I always want to be in shape and healthy. It’s part of my life.”

Smouldering in the new five-piece luxury collection, David – who is dating Mollie King from girlband The Saturdays – rocks the comfy clothes. He says: “Men want style in all aspects of their life. I wanted to design styles that could be worn preand post-workout, as an extension to my loungewear collection.

“The new styles have been designed in premium fabrics, with flattering cuts, and with traditional sports detailing such as engineered seams, adding style to essential wardrobe items.”

David is an icon for many blokes, but he admits he looks up to classic idols who inspire his look.

He says: “Old Hollywood greats like Paul Newman, James Dean or Cary Grant. I admire anyone with individuality.”

But David admits he won’t be making new year’s resolutions.

He grins: “I always think there are areas of my life I can improve on, but I try and improve these things throughout the year – not just in January.”
