Telly babe had to beg for her life

KIM Kardashian begged for her life as she was held at gunpoint during a £9million armed jewellery robbery.

The selfie queen was locked in the bathroom of her swanky Paris apartment by masked thugs posing as police officers.

Before being gagged, bound and dumped in the tub, Kim pleaded with the intruders: “Don’t kill me. I have children.”

The £3.5million engagement ring that husband Kanye West bought her just days ago is thought to be among the stolen gems.

She was pictured later yesterday without the rock on, prompting speculation the ring was one of the main targets of the robbery.

In total, Kim is thought to have had £9m of her own jewellery stolen, but not the bling she was borrowing to wear as part of Paris Fashion Week.

Her spokeswoman said the mum-oftwo was left “badly shaken” but “physically unharmed” after the horrifying incident in the early hours of yesterday morning.

Hidden

Five men in the gang dressed as police and duped the concierge of the building into directing them to the Keeping Up With The Kardashians star’s apartment.

He was then handcuffed, tied up, gagged and hidden in a cupboard in the stairwell of the building.

Two men then forced their way into Kim’s room and tied her up, before locking her in the bathroom and making off with the jewellery.

Kim’s children, three-year-old North and nine-month-old son Saint, may have been in the Paris flat, but were not directly involved in the violence, a source said.

The robbers are said to have fled the scene on bicycles.

Kim had visited the Balenciaga and also the Givenchy show at Paris Fashion Week, before going for a meal with friends.

A barman who works opposite her flat said: “She’s been popping in and out all the time.

“It’s always the same drill – a people carrier with dark windows turns up, along with the paparazzi and then we see her. Unfortunately too many people seem to know that she lives here.”

It came just five days after Kim praised her personal bodyguard Pascal Duvier as “the best in town” after he saved her from being tackled by serial prankster Vitalii Sediuk.

But muscle-bound Pascal was pictured out with Kim’s sister Kourtney Kardashian on Sunday night, suggesting he was not with the 35-year-old when the raid took place.

Kim also lost two of her prized smart-

phones – ones that are likely to contain a great deal of personal information.

In the star’s last Snapchat post before she was robbed, she is seen wearing the 15-carat Lorraine Schwartz engagement ring gift from Kanye.

In her social media posts from Paris Fashion Week, the beauty can be seen donning an assortment of dazzling jewels.

Just days earlier, the babe bragged on social media how she never left home without a huge diamond ring.

Former Met police Detective Chief Inspector Peter Kirkham said yesterday Kim’s high social media presence was like “leaving her window open” for robbers.

“The robbers probably found out via social media. Information is not that difficult to find out,” he said. “It’s a warning to anybody, not just celebrities.

“Putting information out about where you are or where you’re not, you’re making yourself easy for anybody who wants to rob you.

“It’s the social media equivalent of leaving your window open.”

Quizzed

Husband Kanye was performing in New York at the time of the attack but stopped halfway through after he was told what had happened to his wife.

A photographer was last night reportedly being questioned.

The snapper, who has been following the beauty since she arrived in France, was being quizzed because he gained access to a restaurant where she was dining with her family a few days earlier by posing as a policeman.

Officers are said to believe the crime was committed by a “highly organised” gang of thieves.

Police are understood to be probing whether the gang had been trailing the babe for days or weeks beforehand, and if they were possibly following her posing as paparazzi.

Meanwhile, celebrities defended Kim after online trolls mocked the horrific incident.

Brit funnyman James Corden wrote: “People making jokes about Kim Kardashian tonight would do well to remember that she’s a mother, a daughter, a wife, a friend.

“Be nice or shut up.”
