PADRAIG Harrington shot a bogey-free 65 to win his first European Tour title in eight years at the Portugal Masters yesterday.

The Irishman held off defending champion Andy Sullivan, who also fired a closing 65, to win by a shot at 22 under par.

“It’s a big win,” said Harrington.

“I’ve been coming here for 10 years and I’ve always liked it down here.”
