Rondon calling for Baggies

- Dale Tempest

I KNOW we won’t get any sympathy from StarBets readers but this week it really was a case of Black Wednesday.

The fancied Premier League and Championship teams obliged with Zlatan Ibrahimovic’s late winner at Selhurst Park costing Sky Bet £4million.

The Man Utd striker is 7-2 to score the last goal in tonight’s game against West Brom but better value is to be had backing midweek hat-trick hero Salomon Rondon (below) to score first at our 15-2.

The Red Devils have got into the winning habit but the Baggies should prove tough to beat at The Hawthorns, so the draw is the call at 14-5.

Another side proving tough to beat are Stoke who are 7-5 to defeat Leicester at the Britannia while an improving Sunderland can edge past Watford and win by exactly one goal at Sky Bet’s 3-1.

Several games this weekend look close and our “to win by exactly one goal” bet looks the place to be.

Cesc Fabregas has returned to form and he is one of several match-winners in a Chelsea side who are 11-4 to defeat Crystal Palace by one goal. West Ham have won three games at the London Stadium 1-0, so back them to beat Hull by exactly one at our 5-2 and with Southampton having a good record against Bournemouth and with Shane Long fit again, take the Saints to edge the Cherries by one goal at 3-1.

There have been 24 goals in the last six meetings between Man City and Arsenal and the Gunners have not lost in any of those six starts. Raheem Sterling looked sharp in midweek against Watford but Sergio Aguero is still a big miss, so back the 2-2 draw at our 11-1. Burnley have only scored one in seven away games, which makes our 10-11 about Spurs winning to nil tomorrow a very appealing price.

On Monday night back 10-11 Liverpool to beat Everton at Goodison Park.

The Reds have not lost in the last 11 Merseyside derbies.
