BODY WORK: Bianca says: On a bad day, beans, sausage and egg and a coffee with sweetener. If I am on a health kick, a poached egg with avocado and water. Bianca says: If I am being naughty, a jacket potato with cheese and beans. But for the last few months I have been getting into shape for Celebrity Big Brother so I have been eating really healthily – grilled chicken and broccoli. Bianca says: If I am spoiling myself it would be a Chinese takeaway. The full works – duck pancakes, chicken chow mein, fried rice and prawn crackers, with vanilla ice cream for dessert. Bianca says: My weight yo-yos all the time because I work such crazy hours managing a lap dancing club. I have been on a diet recently to prepare for Celebrity Big Brother. I am delighted to say that I lost 21lb – a stone and a half – in six weeks by eating more healthily and exercising six days a week.

Bianca says: My go-to drink when partying is vodka, lime and soda – low on calories and it hits the spot. If I am letting myself go, I’ll have an Espresso Martini!
