MEL B: MY MONSTER HUBBY GOT NANNY PREGNANT
MEL B’s “monster” husband Stephen Belafonte punched and choked her, forced her into threesomes and made their nanny pregnant during the pair’s nightmare 10-year marriage, the former X Factor judge has claimed.
Her explosive allegations came in court papers as she was granted a restraining order against him.
® MEL B last night claimed she was beaten and forced to take part in threesomes by her estranged husband Stephen Belafonte.
The former X Factor judge also told of a night she says she overdosed on aspirin and he stopped her emergency call.
She alleges Belafonte locked her in a room and told her to “die bitch” rather than summon help.
The singer also says he got their nanny pregnant and paid hundreds of thousands of pounds to keep it quiet when she had an abortion.
In court documents, the singer claims there was a pattern of attacks and she was forced to cover up bruises and cuts after being beaten by the movie producer.
He would smash her to the ground “with a closed fist” in jealous rages after she was spotted talking to other men, says the former Spice Girl.
She claims he also forced her to have regular threesomes with random women.
And she alleges he would threaten to “destroy her career” by leaking videos if she tried to leave him.
In documents lodged with an LA court the former Spice Girl says that there was a pattern to the abuse.
Bandage
When anything good happened in her career, such as landing the X Factor judging role in 2014, she said her husband would “beat me down to let me know he was in charge”.
In 2012, just weeks after wowing the world with her Spice Girls reunion performance in the Olympics closing ceremony, she was pictured with a bandage plastered across her cheek.
Explaining the mystery injury at the time she tweeted: “Running in 7inch Louboutins no good! I’m wearing Prague on my face!!’
But Mel claims Belafonte punched her, then rammed her face into the ground so hard that carpet burns covered her cheek.
American news site TMZ said last night: “She told X Factor ‘employers’ she had attempted suicide to escape from the abuse at the hands of Belafonte.
“She says they offered assistance to get her away from Belafonte, but it appears authorities were not contacted and then she went back to living with him.”
According to the court documents, the millionaire music producer had sex with dozens of women while married to Mel.
She also alleges that he would make her perform degrading sex acts.
He would bring “random women” into their home and force his wife into three-way sex against her will, claims the singer.
And she says he would tape the wild sessions and blackmail the mum-ofthree, threatening to release the films to the world if she ever tried to leave him. Mel said what finally gave her the push to leave Belafonte was her father dying last month. She claims Belafonte said: “Suck it up. If he’s going to die, he’s going to die.” Mel’s lawyers have succeeded in kicking the producer out of the family’s home after claiming he kept a secret gun he is not allowed to own. He is barred from even approaching Mel, or their children amid claims they fear for their lives. In 2003 the film and TV producer admitted drunkenly attacking his commonlaw wife Nicole Contreras. Although he later said he was “confused” when he admitted the charge, the charge remained. His conviction for battering his ex means he is barred from owning a gun. But the former X Factor judge said her unstable ex keeps a Magnum handgun in the home they shared.
Three weeks ago Melanie posted on Instagram: “You have to be at your strongest when you’re feeling at your weakest.”
Mr Belafonte denies all allegations contained in the documents.
He told TMZ that there was no truth in the claims.
He told a reporter: “I am shocked at the allegations.
“Someone is setting me up to look like a bad guy. “We were friends two weeks ago.” Belafonte added last night: “So, I forced her to have threesomes? OK.
“You know what my comment to this is actually, because that is the mother of my children, I really, really, really am really distraught in my brain at how this is going to affect our children.
“In the depths that she’s gone to, that’s it. I’m really shocked at those allegations and that’s what it is.”
