GEORGE Michael’s boyfriend Fadi Fawaz is set to tell all about his life with the singer in a £1million book.

The warts-and-all paperback will reveal Fadi’s final hours with the late pop legend, who he found dead at his home on Christmas Day.

It will also lift the lid on Fadi’s alleged feud with George’s ® family, who failed to tell him about the Wham! star’s funeral until the last minute.

Several big players in the publishing industry in both Britain and America are said to be preparing to go head-to-head to offer Fadi a megabucks deal.

A publishing insider said: “Fadi is the person who has been closest to George for years.

“And as the person who found his body, they know a book by him would be sensational.

“Their offers could easily go as high as £1m.”

The source said a ghost-writer would pen the book for a big fee.

Tasteless

But Fadi would still be in for a huge pay cheque from magazine and newspaper serialisations, as well as TV and film deals.

Publishers are believed to have been waiting until after George’s funeral to discuss the book with Fadi, so they do not appear “tasteless and money-hungry”.

George was buried next to his mother Lesley at Highgate Cemetery, north London, last month.

Fans are flocking there in the hope of catching a glimpse of their idol’s final resting place.

Tours of the cemetery are sold out for weeks, leaving other mourners struggling to reach their loved ones’ graves.
