Lawyer is jailed
Cheeky vintage
A FORMER barrister who made more than £1million from an internet piracy company has been jailed.
David Harris, 57, had his wedding in a castle, bought a £120,000 McClaren car and took a £10,000 cruise while film companies took out injunctions to shut down his websites.
Harris, of Craven Arms, Shrops, was jailed for five years after he admitted a range of fraud charges and copyright infringement at Southwark Crown Court. ALDI has launched a new range of French wines for under £5 and all of them have cheeky names.
The four wines are called Gastronomy (Cotes de Gascogne), Want-to (Ventoux), Men Are From Mars (Minervois) and Fit You (Fitou).
Tony Baines, of Aldi, said: “We have worked with our suppliers to develop a new, uncomplicated, exciting and accessible range.”
