Me quit Emmerdale? Don't Adam and Eve it!
HE’S the fun-loving Emmerdale star who won over the nation’s he Celeb Jungle.
But fans of the Dales soap need not worry, as Adam Thomas is officialy shutting down any reports that he's set to leave the soap.
It had been rumoured that the actor was quitting the popular ITV show and had plans dot forge a career as telly presenter or chat show host.
But, in typical Adam-style he laughs off the speculation: "Yeah, I've got my own show apparently, if you want to be a guest?
“Nah, there’s a bumper 12 months for Emmeradale which scooped most of the major gongs of late, including Best Soap at the National Television Awards, Royal Television Society Awards, the Broad-cast Awards and the Inside Soap Awards - as well as its last members cleaning up in the individual categories.

Instead he is tipping his on-screen wife Isabel Hodgins (who plays chef Victoria Sugden) to take part in the next series.
“I reckon she’d be good at it, but I would be gutted if she won as I didn’t,” he jokes.
But Isabel isn’t as keen on the idea. “I get hangry,” she tells me, meaning hungry and angry due to lack of food.
Adam, who has a two-year-old son Teddy with girlfriend Caroline Daly in real life, is at the centre of a heartbreaking fertility storyline with Isabel at the moment as the couple have just found out they are unable to have children.
Viewers have seen his character Adam lash out by getting drunk, then sharing a kiss with ex-lover Vanessa Woodfield (played by Michelle Hardwick).
And, in true soap-style, the kiss is set to be revealed to wife Victoria in dramatic fashion.
He reveals: “They’ve been through so much together and for him to do that after such a petty argument, I couldn’t get my head round it.
“But, in hindsight, I think he was just lost. He was angry. He’d seen her in the pub kicking off a bit, he’d had a bit to drink and he just got carried away. I’ve got no excuses for him to be honest with you. I haven’t.
“In my eyes if he can go and do that after everything they’ve been through, then he doesn’t deserve to have her. But I know he just wants her to be happy.”
The pair are seen visiting an adoption open day where Adam is forced to admit that he has a criminal record.
When he later snaps at Vanessa, his mum Moira (played by Natalie J Robb) finds out about the kiss and is furious.
He says: “He’s probably more scared of his mum finding about the kiss than Victoria – she’s a feisty Scot and doesn’t mess about.
“She knows about how much they want a family and for him and Victoria to be happy so it’s heartbreaking. He’s a mummy’s boy at the end of the day.”
But when resident evil Emma Barton (Gillian Kearney) overhears about Adam’s kiss and a fight breaks out with Ross (Mike Parr) stepping in to defend his mum, Emma plots a sinister plan. “Given Emma’s history we know that getting into conflict with her is never a good idea,” he teases. “There’s some exciting stuff that’s going to happen that’s going to be quite fun.” On a lighter note, Adam says he wouldn’t rule out seeing an Emmerdale cameo from some of his Jungle co-stars in the future. “I could see them all in the back of the Woolpack having a pint,” he laughs.
“I’d love it if Larry Lamb joined the show, because he’s done EastEnders of course, but Jordan Banjo was the best at acting that he’d got no stars.
“It would be amazing to work with him again.”
