TEARFUL Mel B handed over her daughter yesterday to her “monster” – estranged husband Stephen Belafonte.

He hugged little Madison, five, for the first time since Spice Girl turned telly judge Mel won a restraining order against him, as their explosive divorce draws nearer.

MEL B handed her daughter over to her husband Stephen Belafonte yesterday as their tug-of-love war continued.

He saw little Madison, five, for the first time since the pop star took out a restraining order on him.

Belafonte was under strict supervision during the visit in Los Angeles.

Heartbroken Madison has not seen her dad for weeks following the former Spice Girl’s claims that he battered her.

The youngster looked distraught as Belafonte, 41, left her after spending four hours together.

He appeared at Los Angeles Superior Court earlier last week where the temporary restraining order was extended. But Judge Lawrence Riff ordered that he could see his daughter twice a week at a supervised centre as the estranged couple’s divorce battle rages on.

The film producer kept a low profile in sunglasses and bowed his head as he walked away from the Ness Counseling Center in LA.

It comes after explosive court documents alleged he forced the singer into booze-fuelled threesomes.

The X Factor star, 41, claims he got their children’s nanny Lorraine Gilles pregnant in 2014, and then paid her to get an abortion. But the blonde, 26, is suing Mel and strongly denies the claims. She submitted her own legal dossier detailing romps with the mum of three.

Among those said to have joined the couple for a boozy threesome in 2007 was socialite Lady Victoria Hervey, 40.

The warring couple are wrangling over joint custody of their children.

Mel’s lawyer Larry Bakman says Belafonte is not fit to see their children unsupervised.

A judge previously denied him access to his stepdaughter Angel, 10, the singer’s child with Hollywood star Eddie Murphy.

Mel is friends with the film producer’s ex-girlfriend Nicole Contreras.

She says she “still carries the scars” after he attacked her in 2003.

Belafonte denies Mel’s abuse claims.
