MEL B is now facing a police probe after being accused of intimidating a celebrity witness in her bitter divorce case.
Rapper Siya told police she had been threatened by the America’s Got Talent judge.
The 30-year-old hip-hop artist says the former Scary Spice sent her a string of threatening text messages about testifying against her, reports celeb website TMZ.
The pair will face off in court when Mel begins her divorce battle against Stephen Belafonte, 42.
American Siya, who claims to be friends with both of them, is said to be preparing to testify against Mel, saying that Belafonte never physically abused her.

And she is also prepared to give evidence about threesomes between Mel, Belafonte and their nanny, Lorraine Gilles, saying the singer called all the shots in the kinky sex games.
Pals say she will also refer to claims in court papers that the 42-year-old ex-Spice Girl used illegal drugs.
Furious Mel allegedly texted the rapper earlier this week to threaten her over the shock claims.
Police insiders say Siya showed the texts to officers, who opened a witness intimidation case.
It is the latest scandal in Mel’s divorce, in which she has accused her ex of abuse, forcing her into kinky romps and getting their nanny pregnant.
Belafonte denies the claims. The pair are also fighting over child custody.
