CELEBRITIES and royals fear their most intimate plastic surgery secrets are about to be exposed.
Britain’s biggest clinic, used by Kate Price and a host of other stars, has been hacked by a gang calling itself The Dark Overlord.
HUNDREDS of celebrities and royals fear their plastic surgery secrets will be leaked after Britain’s biggest cosmetic clinic was hacked.
Stars who have gone under the knife for bum lifts and boob jobs are scared cyber crooks will release intimate photos of private operations.
The London Bridge Plastic Surgery Clinic, a favourite with Kate Price, and Towie stars Chloe Sims and Frankie Essex, has been targeted.
The crooks behind the breach call themselves The Dark Overlord and have vowed to leak graphic pictures of stars going under the knife.
A spokesman for the group said: “We’re going to pitch it all up for everyone to nab.
“The entire patient list with corresponding photos.

“The world has never seen a medical dump of a plastic surgeon to such degree.
“We have TBs (terabytes) of this s***. Databases, names, everything. There are some royal families in here.
“Many are highly graphic and close up, showing surgery on male and female genitalia.
“Others show apparent patients’ bodies post-operation and some include faces.”
Kate, 39, boasted about having a Silhouette Face Lift at the clinic last month. The surgery uses pictures of her on its website and Twitter feed.
But most of its customers will want to keep the fact they have had surgery done private.
The Met is now probing the digital break-in with specialist officers assigned to the case.
A spokesman for the clinic near Marylebone, north London, said it was “horrified” by the hack.
He added: “Regrettably, following investigations by our IT experts and the police, we believe that our security was breached and that data has been stolen.
“We are still working to establish exactly what data has been compromised.
“The group behind the attack are highly sophisticated and well known to international law enforcement agencies.”
A Scotland Yard spokesman said no arrests had been made in relation to the hack and inquiries were continuing.
