CAPTAIN Kirk’s uniform, a Klingon guard’s outfit, and a communicator are among hundreds of authentic Star Trek items to be auctioned in Los Angeles in December.

Mr Spock’s kit, phaser, belt and communicator are expected to fetch £9,200.
