He thinks I cheated with Jimmy Choo
KNIFE ATTACK HORROR
A STUDENT was stabbed to death by her boyfriend after he thought she was having an affair with Jimmy Choo.
Lloyd Brackenbury accused Natasha Wild of cheating on him with the 68-year-old Malaysian shoe designer.
The accusations sparked violent rows in which Brackenbury hurled her across the room and held a knife to her throat. He would keep her awake at night calling her a liar.
His own family wanted the 32-yearold sectioned under the Mental Health Act.
But before they could do it, Brackenbury plunged a knife into Natasha’s neck, severing a major artery.
She was found lying on the sofa of their home in Rochdale after he dialled 999.
Natasha, 23, whose brother, stepsister and baby niece were killed in a 2005 house fire, had kept a diary she called “What it is like to live with Lloyd” as his behaviour became increasingly erratic.
In it she wrote: “Lloyd believes I am cheating on him with a man called Jimmy Choo who is a fashion designer. “He says I sleep around. “He sexually examines me to see if I have slept with someone.”
Her mum Susan described her daughter’s relationship with Brackenbury as “terrible”.
She told a court: “I noticed that she had lost a lot of weight and she wasn’t eating properly.”
Brackenbury was ordered to be detained in a psychiatric hospital after he was cleared of murder but found him guilty of manslaughter on the grounds of diminished, responsibility following a trial at Manchester Crown Court.
