It comes after Star Trek: Discovery actor Anthony Rapp said a drunken Spacey pinned him down on his bed aged 14 at the star’s home in 1986.
The American Beauty actor apologised for his “drunken behaviour” but said he did not recall the incident.
He said he was “beyond horrified” by the account.
Telly streaming service Netflix last night announced it was considering a spin-off of Spacey’s smash series House Of Cards.
The online subscription service earlier said it was ending the show in the wake of allegations.
London’s Old Vic theatre, where Spacey was artistic director for 12 years, said it was “deeply dismayed” over the claims.
