Angry Bird Lisa pecks back at her hate mob
ANT McPartlin’s estranged wife Lisa Armstrong became “an Angry Bird” yesterday.
The make-up artist is furious about being thrust into the spotlight and having to see all the speculation surrounding her marriage break-up.
And on top of reading countless stories about the end of her 11-year marriage to the I’m A Celebrity star and how much money she might get, she is furious about having to see “ugly” photos of herself plastered all over the net.
The normally glammed-up Lisa is fed up of being portrayed as a fright on social media.
So yesterday she found a picture of herself and altered it – stretching her face sideways and then adding huge bulging eyes and thick brows.
She raged on Twitter: “You’ve prob all seen the nasty, ® intrusive, ugly pics of me, so i thought I’d do your job for you!.”
The doctored picture made her look like one of the characters in the video game Angry Birds.
A pal said: “That’s quite fitting because that’s exactly what she is. One angry woman.”
Fans were quick to show their support for Lisa who is having a tough time being in the limelight as a result of her split from telly favourite Ant. But following her “Angry Bird” photo, she was flooded with messages with people telling her: “You’re not ugly. You are one of the most beautiful person out there in the world.”
A follower wrote: “Stay strong. I’m sure you’re beautiful inside and out and will be happy again.” Another said: “Lisa – you have never looked ugly.”
