DETECTIVES investigating a horror smash that killed three teenagers last night made a second arrest.
George Wilkinson, 16, Josh McGunniess, 16, and Harry Rice, 17, all died when they were hit by an Audi on Friday night.
The football-mad pals had been on their way to a party at a five-a-side club.
Police released a CCTV image of a man who was in the motor when it mounted a kerb and hit them.
Officers had previously arrested a 28-yearold man on suspicion of causing death by dangerous driving in Hayes, west London.
Custody
Last night police said: “A man sought by police in connection with a fail-to-stop road traffic collision in Hayes that resulted in the death of three young men has handed himself in at a police station.
“The 34-year-old man voluntarily attended a north London police station shortly after 7pm on Sunday, January 28.
“He has now been arrested on suspicion of causing death by dangerous driving and taken into custody for questioning.”
Officers said the car was “travelling at high speed” when it ploughed into the lads.
Witnesses say they saw a man running away afterwards.
The teens had all known each other since they were young and were “like brothers”, according to friends.
George’s grandfather Nigel Goodhand said: “He will be so missed. His mum is destroyed. It’s a nightmare.”
