KIM: I FEEL GUILTY FOR BRO DEATH
Actress ‘could have called’
KIM Cattrall feels guilty she did not contact her tragic brother more regularly.
The Sex And The City star is devastated after the death of 55-yearold Chris Cattrall.
Kim, 61, tweeted that Chris, who lived in Canada, had “unexpectedly passed away” and a cause of death is yet to be revealed.
She added: “I don’t know what’s happened, but of course you think you should have called more, emailed more.”
The actress, who plays the US President in the new series of BBC drama Modus, added she has plunged herself into work to numb her grief.
Liverpool-born Kim, who played randy Samantha Jones in Sex And The City, said: “I think in times of extreme stress ® it’s important to stick to routine. Work has always been a great anchor for me.”
Meanwhile Kim has hit out at her former Sex And The City co-star Sarah Jessica Parker.
She branded the 52-yearold a “hypocrite” and “cruel” for posting a gushing message of support after her brother’s body was found.
Kim posted on Instagram: “I don’t need your love or support at this tragic time @sarah jessicaparker.
“Your continuous reaching out is a painful reminder of how cruel you really were then and now. You are not my family. You are not my friend.”
Kim and Sarah are said to have had a decade-long feud on Sex And The City.
