He came home with something in hand on that occasion, and can only improve for that outing. This smart gelding, who will be ridden by Josephine Gordon, pictured, had earlier run a blinder in Listed company at Newmarket, where he finished a creditable sixth behind Coronet, who went on to finish second behind Enable in the Yorkshire Oaks.
Mount Tahan, a winner here last month, is the one to chase home the selection.
