JUVENTUS are one point from their 34th Serie A title after Napoli stumbled to a 2-2 home draw with Torino yesterday.
Napoli had been just a point behind Juve after beating the leaders 1-0 on April 22.
But they lost last week and threw points away against Torino, despite twice leading through Dries Mertens and substitute Marek Hamsik.
Juve are now six points clear after beating Bologna 3-1 at home on Saturday.
Even if they lose at Roma next Sunday their last game is at home to already-relegated Hellas Verona.
Hamburg could lose their record as the only side never to have been relegated from the Bundesliga if they lose their final game at home to Borussia Monchengladbach on Saturday.
A 3-0 defeat at Eintracht Frankfurt leaves Hamburg second from bottom and two points behind Wolfsburg, who were thrashed 4-1 by Liepzig with Everton loanee Ademola Lookman on target twice.
Porto were crowned Portuguese champions for the first time since 2013 after the Lisbon derby between Sporting and Benfica ended in stalemate.
