Sefer, so good as Tyson eases his way back in ring
FEEL the Fury as Tyson is back! It has been 30 months since Tyson Fury became World champion by beating Wladimir Klitschko.
Since then he has faced many battles. Fury gave up his belts after being the subject of an anti-doping investigation, overcame a bout of depression and had a fight to get his license back from the British Boxing Board of Control.
He returns in his hometown of Manchester tonight against Sefer Seferi and should have little trouble, as odds of 1-100 (1-8 to win by KO) would suggest.
Eddie Hearn has said the Albanian fighter is not even the best heavyweight in his own family – that accolade belonging to brother Nuri.
Fury to get the job done inside the first five rounds is a plausible punt at 8-11 but it is great to get him back in the ring in this golden period for British heavyweight boxing
We look set to be served a PEARSON’S superb Women’s French Open Final this afternoon. Top seed Simona Halep bids for her first Grand Slam final.
She has been beaten at the final hurdle three times, including here at Roland Garros last year. Standing in her way is reigning US Open champion Sloane Stephens, who has dropped just one set in the tournament.
It’s the first time Stephens has reached the latter stages at Roland Garros and she is 7-4 to win the title, with World No.1 Halep 4-9.
Surely it is time for the Romanian to claim her first major. Back her to win in three sets at 11-4.

IRAN V MOROCCO
IRAN only conceded two goals – both in their final match – in qualifying for a sixth World Cup. But Morocco are on the back of a seventeen-game unbeaten run and dispatched Ivory Coast in their qualifying group. They look decent 5-4 shots while Ayoub El Kaabi, with eleven goals in nine caps, is 9-2 to open the scoring.
